Mixing: Paisley and Lace { & Giveaway }

This is my submission for Marionberry Style's monthly style challenge: Pattern Mixing!
Indian paisley tunic + Frenchy French white lace skirt.

Indian Tunic Blouse: Little India || Alfred Sung White Lace Skirt: Zellers || Green Shoes: Payless || Necklace: Costa Blanca || Pearl Earrings: Purple Jade

This is also an introduction to a new style chapter I'm hoping to write in my life: I would like to introduce more of my Indian/Pakistani/South Asian and East Asian clothing into my regular rotation. I don't want to wait for weddings or religious functions or family dinner parties to wear the clothes that I love, when I can experiment, be creative, maybe look insane, but definitely not be boring and bring my two wardrobes together. Like George from 'Seinfeld' might say: Wardrobes Colliding.

Also don't forget to enter my $50 Giveaway!

 Let me know what you think of this new sartorial adventure, and if you have inspiration ideas you'd like to share, please do!
Thank you for visiting!

  15. you look amazing Natasha. The shoes and nail varnish look so great.
    You are spot on about wearing your fave Indian clothes, why wait for functions. Mind you, I don't go to many, my family do, but I do love certain Indian outfits, and I must admit, that your post where you are wearing the shalwar with a t shirt, really inspired me.
