Trend Alert: Peplum Jacket

Last summer, I picked up this jacket at Value Village, I absolutely loved it, and who knew that the Peplum style was going to be such a big trend for this year, all over mainstream fashion and visible one every major style blog? Must remember to use this skill to predict lottery numbers. Hm, must also remember to buy lottery ticket. Anyway, I love this jacket, and also it's matching skirt, which I've worn here.
Q: So what is Peplum? A short overskirt or ruffle attached at the waistline of a jacket, blouse, or dress.
Ok, now I have a question for you guys: I have the last week of March off work, so where should I go? I'll likely be travelling alone (unless one of you guys wants to tag along/meet up) - I'm looking for suggestions for cities/countries. I really don't want to go to an all inclusive on some resort. I prefer urban centres and lots of culture and history and fashion and energy. Where would you guys suggest I head to?

I apologize for how orange this pictures are guys, but sometimes you just got to snap pictures quick and dirty.

~ Thank you Chris and Ben for the quick and dirty pics ~
