A fur vest is exactly the kind of thing I usually don't buy. It's super trendy right now, and by next season may no longer be in style. But I had seen so many of my favourite bloggers sporting the vests in classic, and classy ways that I was getting tempted. And then I went to New York where the fur was flying on every corner, I decided I was not leaving the island of Manhattan without my own (faux) furry friend. And no, if all the cool New York kids jumped off the Brooklyn Bridge I wouldn't follow them. You might have noticed this vest when I posted my New York loot.By the way, do you see that necklace in the background? I bought it in Montevideo, Uruguay a couple of years ago and I featured it in this post.
So as you can see I'm pretty pleased with my vest, and I plan to wear it often. I usually try to keep things rotating in the closet but I love this piece so much, I think it will get a little extra play this winter.
